Workshop Description: The time is now to embrace your destiny! When we redefine what’s possible in our lives then we open the door to infinite possibilities. We are living in a time of great changes and our ability to adapt and keep up is directly related to our ability to use creativity every day. We are the authors of our own destinies and need to embrace our Creative Superpowers. “A Relaxed mind is a Creative mind”, according to Yogi Bhajan and is the key to finding balance and rhythm within ourselves. When we are able to access the Kundalini energy (vital life force) within, then energy shifts around us and we become unstoppable. In this workshop we’ll tap into our own unlimited consciousness to transform ourselves using powerful meditations and kriyas. By working with breath, mantra and asana, we will come to that place of clear focus in the quiet center. Are you ready to fly?

Bio: Harnam (Tony Zatzick), MFA, is an artist, yogi and musician who deftly weaves these powerful elements into his transformational workshops. Your path to wellbeing is in your hands. Come learn what you already possess innately!

Workshop Description:
Jin Shin Jyutsu® is a gentle, ancient Japanese healing art that balances the body, mind and spirit by using our hands and breath.

For the body to be healthy, energy needs to flow freely. Blockages can occur because of our hectic lifestyle, environment or hereditary. In Jin Shin Jyutsu®, we place our hands on specific locations in the body which allows the energy to flow more freely.

Jin Shin Jyutsu® has been shown to be useful in reducing anxiety and pain, accelerating healing and promoting a greater sense of wellness.

New Moon QiGong Massage and Self Love
with Tara Farley & Beth

Thursday, February 15th|7:30pm – 9:00pm
Fee: Regular class price

To sign up, please email us at

How do we love every ounce of ourselves? We start with our self in the present moment, and then ripple back and forward to the linage we come from. Please join us for this special Valentine’s Day New Moon QiGong class of Self-Love! We will be sharing a QiGong healing massage and facial as we go inward for internal reflection through guided meditation. If possible wear short sleeves and pants that can go above the knee and please bring a towel.

In almost all religious and faith based cultures, the New Moon is a time of new beginnings, manifesting desires, planting seeds. There is both a scientific and spiritual belief that follows the moon. In this class, we will be working with Kundalini meditations that clear the mind, strengthen intuition, and help manifest our desires. We will be generating a clear understanding of what we would like to manifest and cultivate. This is a beautiful process that you have the opportunity to reinvest in every month. Sharing this in community only enhances your manifestations.

Please bring a journal to class for reflection.

Ayurveda, known as the science of life, is an ancient, holistic system of healing the mind, body and spirit.  One aspect of Ayurveda is to provide guidance to live in harmony with nature by cultivating proper lifestyle choices throughout the year.

Based on the ancient wisdom and teaching of Ayurveda, each class will be geared to balance and bring harmony to your well-being through asana, pranayama and meditation specific to the season.

Local climate plays an important role in the overall state of balance for the body, mind and breath. Each season brings in a unique set of qualities that can either pacify or aggravate the inner workings of your being. This is why a seasonal yoga routine and practice is so important and helpful to your overall health.

Hatha Yoga Class
with Lisa Sargenti

Fridays 8:00AM-9:15AM, beginning February 9th

This class is part of our weekly schedule.

This class will include both repetitive movements and holding asanas for several breaths to increase awareness and maintain full attention on what is happening in our mind and body. Emphasis is on the development of each student’s individual movement potential, not in the attainment of perfect form. From this point of view, classical asana practice is a means of deepening our ability to be present and aware. Class will end with savasana and chakra meditation to create positive pathways of transformation and wellness in our body, mind and heart.

This class is for all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats and props are available for your use.

Vinyasa Yoga with Taylor Jackson

This class is part of our weekly schedule.

Thursdays 8:00AM-9:15AM

Taylor will begin each vinyasa class with a reading, dharma talk or inspiration paired with breath work, followed by a relaxed, fluid warm-up leading into a more physical practice. She will complete each class with a meditation and a relaxing savasana. Taylor focuses on connecting breath to movement in each class, leading students inward for the hour and fifteen minutes students are practicing. She brings a flow, rhythm and connection to the sequences and movements throughout the class. Taylor’s goal for each class is for students to walk away feeling connected to themselves and accepting where they are that day.
About Taylor: Taylor Jackson received her 200-hour Yoga Certification in March 2014 from the Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica. She has a consistent self-practice and passion for learning about many types of yoga and movement including, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini and QiGong. In her classes, Taylor focuses on building strength and connecting breath to movement. She balances each class with challenging and restoring sequences. Her passion is to help each student connect to yoga in their own way, to grow, and to find what feels right for them.
