There are certain dates that are etched in my mind and heart forever, including the day my husband, best friend and soul mate and I were introduced to each other, the birth of each of my four children, and July 26th, 2016…the day I received a notice informing me that I could no longer run my yoga business from my home. It might come as a surprise to many of you that I included July 26th, 2016 on this list of supreme blessings. Please let me share.

As many of you know, O’Shea Yoga has been growing in class offerings and size over the last few years. In early summer, it was clear that a home studio was no longer ideal for my family, as well as our growing community. While I knew this, I tried not to think about it and pushed it aside because I was comfortable and did not want to do anything about it. But where is the growth in being comfortable? It is when we stretch outside our comfort zones that we grow and evolve.

There’s power in practicing together.

The Universe clearly came through and demanded something more of me and from me in this lifetime. In response I rose up and eagerly seized this opportunity and blessing with open arms!! And boy did the universe have my back every step of the way as it conspired to put all the pieces of the puzzle together in miraculous ways. Within 48 hours from the time I received the town notification, I was provided with an opportunity to immediately transfer classes to the beautiful Sanctuary at High Mountain Presbyterian Church, only 4 minutes down the road from the home studio.

Without any hesitation or doubt, this experience has proven to me that the Universe inspires every one of us to recognize and fulfill our potential. The Universe assists us in ways that you could never imagine. Keep in mind though, that a blessing may come in disguise, as it did for me.

With tremendous joy and gratitude, I share the news that I am now the proud owner of O’Shea Yoga located on Franklin Avenue in Wyckoff!! The Grand Opening of the studio was on January 7th and 8th.
