Yoga Class Schedule

NOTE: It is not necessary to pre-register for classes.

No prior yoga experience is needed.

Occasionally there will be subs on our schedule. Please sign up for our newsletter for weekly updates by clicking on the subscribe button at the bottom of the page.

We ask that everyone be mindful when entering and exiting the yoga room while classes are in session and keep noise and disturbances to a minimum. Please keep in mind some students prefer to enter class and meditate before class begins.

There is a certain energy that is created when practicing yoga in a group setting. Group practice is exponentially more powerful than practicing alone. Collectively we develop group consciousness which amplifies the impact of the meditation. Yogi Bhajan said that group meditation not only adds to individual effort, but multiplies it.
