Yoga Class Schedule

Please Note: Our 6PM Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class with Lisa M. is cancelled on Tuesday, July 24th for our special Healing the Karmic Lines workshop with Amanbir Singh!

We hope to see you there!

NOTE: It is not necessary to pre-register for classes.

No prior yoga experience is needed.

Occasionally there will be subs on our schedule. Please sign up for our newsletter for weekly updates by clicking on the subscribe button at the bottom of the page.

We ask that everyone be mindful when entering and exiting the yoga room while classes are in session and keep noise and disturbances to a minimum. Please keep in mind some students prefer to enter class and meditate before class begins.
